Class REgistration
OCIGK classes are provided through the Irvine and Tustin Parks & Recreation Departments.
Irvine class registration takes place monthly through the Irvine Quick Reg online system and Costa Mesa registration is seasonally through CM Online Classes (Select Register Online below to go to the registration site).
We also conduct after-school classes at Montessori and other elementary schools. Please contact us if you are interested in starting such a class near you.
Irvine classes are held at the Deerfield, Northwood, and Trabuco Center Community Park multi-purpose rooms.

Karate strives to improve strength, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility along with developing confidence, self-esteem, respect and courtesy. Uniform (Karate Gi) available from instructor for $26.50 and up.
Student age must be 4-17 years old.

Karate is the continuing growth of knowledge, skill and attitude for the purpose of personal development, self-mastery and self-discipline. New students begin with a white belt. Uniform not included in fee - see instructor for karate gi.

This class is only for those students who have attended previous karate classes with Kyoshi Roy Cadiente and have advanced to black belt. Students are taught advanced kata, self-defense techniques, and technical sparring strategies.

OCIGK offers online training for all levels of students. Using the benefits of virtual classroom technology, this training has been uniquely developed to accommodate a variety of student goals around the country:

As primary training for OCIGK students who are not in the area for in-person training.

As additional training -If you are an OCIGK student and would like additional training.*

As adjunct training for any student of any style.
Fee: $15 per class "pay as you go"; or $55 if paid 4-classes at a time; classes do not have to be attended consecutively.
