Hojo undō training

Hojo undō can be translated from Japanese as "supplementary exercises", which is the role such courses play in terms of physical conditioning. This training covers a wide range of weight-based exercises alongside resistance training and is only available to black belts.

Hojo undō training occurs on the third Saturday of each month, at the Deerfield Community Center in Irvine.
